The human resource is a strategic resource of university library. This paper introduces the human resource and library’s human resource management, expounds the important significance of optimizing the development and management of university library’s human resource, analyzes the principles of the development and management of university library’s human resource, and puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the development and management of university library’s human resource.
