Abstract
This paper deals with the complete hypersurface with constant mean curvature in the Nn+p of quasi constant curvature,some characterization of totally umbilical hypersurfaces are obtained.If η∈TM,and a-2|b|=const0,then Mn is a totally umbilical hypersurface when S2 n-1~(1/2)(a-2|b|).
