Abstract

Adult transformative learning theory is one of the important study theories of adult learning. This paper mainly studies the theoretical foundation and basic concept of the transformative learning theory,the mechanism of adult transformative learning and its enlightenment on the adult education in our country,and hopes to promote the scientific and effective practice of adult education of China.
