Abstract
The article introduced technology of supercritical CO_2 on extracting volatile oil from Zanthorylum bungeanum maxim, putting emphasis on effects of material particle size, marinating time, extracting pressure, temperature and CO_2 volume on the extraction efficiencies. The optimum technology parameters were investigated by the orthogonal design. The factors influencing extraction efficiency were as follows: extracting temperatureCO_2 volumepressure, the optimum extraction conditions were material particle size 60mu ((0.28mm)), marinating time 40min, extracting temperature 55℃, CO_2 volume 30ml, extracting pressure (34.475MPa). The maximum extraction efficiency was up to 13.20%.
