Abstract
It is the common sense of the whole world to enhance scientific quality. It includes four factors: scientific spirit, scientific attitude, scientific knowledge and scientific method. Of the four scientific spirit is liable to confuse with scientific attitude. Scientific spirit is the promise of ontology while scientific attitude is the promise of epistemology, which is the material guarantee for the reliability of scientific knowledge. Scientific quality is a big system, in which scientific attitude is the ordering parameter. Therefore this big system observes the self-organizing principles of the synergetics. Meanwhile this system outputs scientific attitude, which further integrates the whole system. So it is the model of the hypercycle. The crux to enhance scientific quality is to rectify scientific attitude.
