Critical Success Factors of Information Systems Planning in Construction Enterprise Group

Abstract

In this paper,the system theory is applied to analyze the important factors of information systems planning in construction enterprise,and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used to establish Multi-layered structure model to calculate the relative weight of these factors to achieve the most critical control factors for information system planning.It can provide a reference for construction enterprise to plan the information system.
