Abstract
The microwave irradiation method was adopted to study the hydrolysis of fine coagulum and the best technological conditions of microwave irradiation are: the rate of solution and material is 1:25,the concentration of HC1 is 6mol/L,microwave irradiation power is 200W,the microwave irradiation lasts 30min and the rate of amino acid accumulation is 82.6%.The results indicated that microwave irradiation has the advantage that the reaction time is much shorter compared with traditional heating method.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
