Discussion on the value chain of purchasing management under the guidance of EVA

This paper aims to explore a new procurement management,help executives reduce procurement costs and increase procurement efficiency.By building procurement process under the guidance of EVA,this paper focus on the areas related to procurement staff and suppliers,and put forward the strategy of improving the procurement staff management system and supplier management system to achieve the purpose of increasing corporate value by procurement.
