Abstract

At present, strengthening the ideological construction of Cadres is very insistent and necessary in view of the new situation and task as well as the cadres' condition. In order to strengthen the ideological construction of Cadres, We must do well in the relations between the reform and opening policy and Four Principia as follow: the current task of Party and the uttermost target of Party, matter benefits and political consciousness, remoulding nature and remoulding subjectivism, individual and organization.
