Research on Graduation Design,Internship and Employment Integrated Mode in Chemical Engineering

The contradiction between graduation design,practice and employment of chemical engineering specialty led to the decline of the quality of chemical professional personnel training. The integration mode of graduation design,practice and employment was established,through the improvement of chemical professional personnel training plan,coordinate arrangements for graduation practice,graduation design time,in- depth cooperation between enterprises and colleges,the dual guidance of students' graduation practice and graduation design,graduation practice,graduation design and employment coordination was achieved to promote healthy development.
