Abstract
To investigate the relationship between CDK2expression and metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer,50 non-small cell lung cancer tissues were divided into metastasis group and non-metastasis group. The expression of CDK2 in lung cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry and Western-blot.The results showed specific CDK2protein staining was found in the nucleus of lung cancer cells. The expression level of CDK2protein was significantly higher in lung cancer tissues than those in tumor-adjacent tissues(P0.05).In addition, high levels of CDK2protein were positively correlated with the status of lymph node metastasis(P0.05),but had no correlation with histological type(P0.05). The conclusions was that over-expression of CDK2 may have correlation with the development of lung cancer and metastasis.
