Abstract
Problems in China′s rural development are related to the major issues of rural development process, which affect not only the sustainable rural development, but also the level of quality, good or bad of the rural development.Obviously, all of these essentially belong to the public service issues.China′s rural public services have lagged far behind the requirements of rural productivity development, some of what has become a key Constraints factor in rural development. The main contradiction is the growing demand for public services in rural areas with inadequate public services in rural areas in China′s rural development. All ground for scientific development of China′s rural areas is the improvement of rural public services, and optimizations.
