Application Situation of Warning System against Potato Late Blight in Badong County

Potato late blight warning system was researched and developed by Belgian scientists and engineers basing on weather conditions(temperature,humidity and rainfall etc.) and the growth characteristics of Phytophthora infestans.In the paper,we applied the system to predict and forecast the development situation of potato late blight in Badong county of Hubei province,in order to prevent and control potato late blight effectively.The results showed that the system could predict and forecast the development situation of potato late blight scientifically and effectively.
