On the war responsibilities of Mikado of Japan in the Second World War

Abstract

Mikado of Japan escaped punishment for his war responsibilities of launching aggressive war because America sheltered and the Japanese militarism glossed over them. People often blame the Japanese militarism. In fact, besides the Japanese militarism, Mikado shouldered the direct responsibilities. His exemption from punishment caused extremely bad influence.
