Abstract

Mixing method legal style in Han Dynasty's establishment,has established the case-law in Han Dynasty's status.The case-law use was advantageous to society's stability at that time,Adapted China to unify multi-national the centralized state need,Sped up the Confucianist morals law.While the legal precedent developed rapidly,the ruler did not harmonize well the relation of statute-law and case-law.These still can give us enlightenment today.
