Abstract

Objective:To further study the microbial species of reservoir after polymer flooding in Daqing.Method:Microorganism diversity was systematically analyzed and compared after polymer flooding by T-RFLP technology.Component of oil recovery microbial community had been analyzed.Result:Clone library by 16S rDNA of bacterial community after polymer flooding reservoir was constructed.A total of 49 positive clones were chosen,The T-RFLP result showed that there were 21 different types. The results in Genbank indicated that clones belonged to five different published phylum,Proteobacteria,Bacteriodetes,Deferribacter,Firmicutes and Candidate division OP11;Clone library by 16S rDNA of archaea community after polymer flooding reservoir was constructed,a total of 49 positive clones were chosen, twelve possitive clones in clone library of archaea belonged to five different published phylum,Most of them were similar with Methanotrops. Conclusion: It provided a reliable theoretical basis for the application of indigenous microbial enhanced oil recovery technology.
