Abstract
Offering good education is the basic function of every school, especially college and university with the purpose of cultivating advanced and remarkable talents. Therefore, the management level on students must make an influence on the stability of a school whole situation. For this reason, the paper makes an analysis and clarification of the necessary qualities of a teacher in charge of a class - the direct manager and charger of students.
