Reconstruct Teachers' Professional Ethics Code in the Spirit of Professional Ethics——Take "Teachers' Professional Ethics Code Revised in 2008"for Instance

There are some problems that education administrative authority is not suitable as the main body and teachers' professional ethics code is notmoralwhich exist in teachers' professional ethics code when scaning with the spirit of professional ethics.It could be understood from the point of industry self-regulation,teacher autonomy and professional ethics.First,we should set up teacher's professional autonomy organization to reconstruct teachers' professional ethics code,and second,perfect form two dimensions which are ethics ideals and ethics rules on the basis of the spirit of professional ethics.
