Abstract

The features of the contraction project contract determine the high risk of the construction contract.According to the behavior of the main parts of the contract,the contract risks can be divided into the subjective contract risk and objective contract risk.The precautionary measures of the risk mainly are the risk control and the risk shift.The risk control must run through the stage before the contract signing,the stage of the contract negotiating and signing,and the stage of the contract implementing.
