Abstract
Objective:To investigate the significance of clinical diagnosis of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria(PNH) with CD55 and CD59.Methods:Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD 55 and CD 59 in peripheral blood cells (red blood cells,granulocytes and lymphocytes).Results:CD55 and CD59 antigen expression were to vary degrees deficiency on the red blood cells,granulocytes and lymphocytes in patients with PNH,especially more remarkable of red blood cells and granulocytes.Aplastic anemia(AA) were not significantly different from the normal controls ( P 0.05 ).Conclusion: There is important clinical significance for diagnosis of PNH patients in the determination of CD55 and CD59 expression on the red blood cells,granulocytes and lymphocytes.
