Abstract

After the structural characteristics of a roller part has been analyzed,we used the forging blank, the general lathe for the rough machining and the CNC lathe for the finish machining. In the processing of this part, through the use of the reasonable technology and jig fixture, and optimize NC programs to ensure the machining quality and machining efficiency is increased.
