Abstract

The traffic stream characteristics, delay process, and survey methods of delay are studied. As for the Individual Sample and License Plate of Stop Delay's survey methods, based on the survey data of a signalized intersection in YINGZE street in our city, the contrast and analysis of delay are made out, and these can contribute first hand data to the signal timing and optimum design.
