Perspective on Public Management of Crisis Prevention——A Study Based on Perspective of Responsible Government

Since the beginning of the 21st century,there have been frequent reports of public crisis,putting governments' ability to the test.Government as a pluralistic public crisis management system in the central subject of crisis management in public has played an indispensable role in carrying it to achieve the public good governance crisis management responsibilities.China is one of the countries with higher frequency of public crises.Therefore,the government should speed up to deal with legislation pace to deal with the sudden crisis of public emergency,establish an effective public crisis response mechanism,strengthen crisis management system,set up crisis management coordination body,improve public crisis education,and enhance the country's public crisis management level,in order to help government to establish mechanisms to prevent and deal with public crises.
