Abstract
Neps is a harmful defects in textile production.It's not only influence the quality of yarn and yarn exteriorbut also more influence in the later spinning process.Causes of neps and influences of maturity and fineness of raw cotton,quality of cotton ginning,opening and cleaning,carding and combing and so on processes on neps are analyzed.
