The Study on Properties of High Volume Fly Ash Concrete

Abstract

Mechanical properties and durability of high volume fly ash concrete which contains 40 to 60 percent of fly ash by weight are studied in this paper.The results show that concrete with 40 percent fly ash has good properties of strength,resistance permeating of Cl-and resistance erosion of sulfate.Besides,it has a small shrinkage ratio.The increasing ratio of the later strength of high volume fly ash concrete can't be ignored,too.
