Abstract
Improving the function of numerically controlled machine is a important topic. The function of the servo in numerically controlled machine decide the specification of the speed and accuracy of numerically controlled machine and so on .therefore, It is very important to research into the function of servo system in numerically controlled machine . this paper analysis servo-function that is required by servo-system of position in numerically controlled machine and investigate control accuracy of servo numerically controlled processing system.
