Intertidal Macrobenthic Community Structural Features in Huiquan Bay

Abstract

Based on the data collected from the 15 sampling stations in four seasons from 2009 to 2010.the characters of macrobenthic community of the Huiquan Bay is approached The results show that 92 species were found in this area,including 29 species of Polychaeta,15 of Crustacea,39 of Mollusca and 3 of Echinodermata;the dominant species are Littorina(L) brevicula(Philippi),Batillaria cumingi and Venerupis Philippinaram.The results of CLUSTER and MDS analysis show that the structure of the macrobenthic communities in the 15 stations of each season are not very unified.
