Abstract

In the paper, the lead pollution in the air and the roadside in Tianjin in 1998 was analyzed. Vehicle exhaust was an important source of the lead pollution to air and traffic. Lead pollution was reduced obviously in Tianjin in 1998 after non lead gasoline was used in vehicles.
