Abstract
The paper maintains that the healthy and orderly development of the stock market is dependent,to a considerable degree,upon the effective protection of the interests of the small stockholders,and that,owing to the imperfections of China's stock market management,small stockholders stand little chances of earning and,what's more,their interests are frequently being impinged upon.Among the many factors,the unbalanced knowledge of relevant information,the unreasonable structure of stock rights,lack of related laws and regulations are doing harm to the stock market today.
