Analysis of Postgraduate Supervisors' Present Knowledge Service Status

Abstract

Many colleges and universities in China employ published papers and research funding as indexes to assess teachers' scientific research.In view of this evaluation mechanism,this paper takes the data from 1999 to 2011 retrieved from Chinese Academic Journal Web in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) as a sample to analyze supervisors' present knowledge service situation.It also offers strategies to improve teachers' academic performance.
