Abstract
Objective To investigate The efficacy of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy treated with methylcobalamin and lipoic acid. Methods A total of 110 patients of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital for treatment were selected, they were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n = 55).All patients were given diet control and hypoglycemic. The experimental group was given methylcobalamin and lipoic acid on the basis of the above for treatment, control group was given vitamin B12 and Danshen injection on the basis of the above for treatment,We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups and nerve conduction velocity differences before and after treatment. Results The efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);After treatment, the ulnar nerve, median nerve and tibial nerve conduction velocity in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P 0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients given combination therapy the methylcobalamin and lipoic acid to be able to receive more satisfactory results can be used as an effective treatment in clinical application.
