Agricultural and rural economies in China currently have developing steadily and have a better trend.Agricultural mechanization can speed up building modern agriculture with Chinese characteristics.During 12th Five-Year plan,the focused objectives of agricultural mechanization should on as following aspects: furthermore financial support,coordinated development of agricultural and agronomy machinery,research and extension on advanced appropriate agricultural machine and technology,intensify agricultural mechanization infrastructure construction,and promote agricultural mechanization and in accordance with the sound and rapid development quality.
