Abstract
Malononitrile derivatives had good herbicidal,fungicidal,insecticide and other biological activity in pesticide. and also had a wide range of uses in terms of medicine and dyestuff. Malononitrile dicyano's strongly electron-withdrawing characteristic made the two methylene hydrogen very active,which was prone to substitution,addition,condensation,elimination and other reactions. According to the structural characteristics of malononitrile α-substituent cyano,the malononitrile derivatives could be divided into three categories,namely a single bond α-bit malononitrile derivatives,a double bond α-bit malononitrile derivatives,and a cyclic structure α-bit malononitrile derivative,and the synthesis and application of malononitrile derivatives also were introduced in this paper.
