Abstract
The recent development of enzyme biosensor was reviewed,and the enzymatic immobilization,the pivotal technology of fabricating enzyme biosensor,was discussed in detail.Immobilization technology included absorption,entrapment,covalent binding and cross-linking methods.Various materials can be used as enzymatic immobilization carrier,such as inorganic materials,synthetically organic polymer,gel and biomaterials and so on.The effect of different technology and materials on the enzymatic immobilization and the capability of enzyme biosensor was discussed,and also given the future development.
