Abstract
In LEO satellite constellation communication system, the continual movement between satellites makes the network topology change frequently. The satellite network is a totally dynamical network.Considering the 24/3/1 walker satellite constellation that has inter-ISL and intra-ISL,two network topology control strategies based on intra-ISL linkage were suggested and simulated, and some useful results were provided.
