Space Construction of Characteristic Campus from the Perspective of Place Spirit——Taking the Planning and Design of New Campus of Henan Technical College of Construction as an Example

From the perspective of the spirit of place,the paper points out that the spirit of place on campus should be emphasized in shaping the space characteristic of the campus.In the plan and design of the campus,four main points should be considered: first,planning and designing according to local conditions;second,paying attention to the organization and arrangement of the communication space on campus;third,emphasizing the campus culture-oriented spiritual construction;fourth,the whole architecture style and vertical design should embody the campus features.On this basis,the paper takes the planning and design of the new campus of Henan Technical College of Construction as an example to explain in detail the shape of the place spirit in the course of campus planning and design.
