Abstract

Objective To assess the therapeutic efficacy of Ranitidine Bismuth Citrate with Clarithromycin for seven days in the eradication of Helico bacter pylori.Methods 350 mg Rantidine Bismuth Citrate and 500 mg Clarithromycin were given tiwice a day for seven days.Result The eradication rate was 86.5% after treatment.CondusionTherapeutic efficacy of RBC with Clarithromycin for seren days was satifised.
