On China’s Construction of Cultural Soft Power from the Perspective of “Cultural Consciousness”

The development of globalization has challenged every country, especially the developing countries, with problems of acculturation and autonomy. For a nation, maintaining cultural is a positive response to the tide of globalization, and an important way to strengthen its national soft power. Cultural is highly significant for us to remain autonomous in transformation, to understand our traditional culture and foreign cultures, and to enhance China ’s soft power. We should pursue a comprehensive understanding of Chinese traditional culture and give full play to its positive functions, strengthen external exchange and cooperation for a harmonious coexistence, enhance our subjective consciousness of development and promote innovations.
