Newly Foundation of Corporate Governance

Abstract

With the development of economy, many serious disadvantages have occurred in the former Corporate Governanace. Therefore, on the basis of the principle of Corporate Governance, we consider that we should newly make up the division of the Powers of General Meeting of Share holders and Board of Directors, then strengthen the powers of Board of Supervisors properly, and finally make the Corporate Governance the most profitable, advocating the development of the corporation itself.
