Abstract
The sensitivity of the hawthorn spider mite, \%Tetranychus viennensis\% Zacher, from Taigu, Shanxi Province, to commonly used acaricides was tested with slide-dip method recommended by FAO. The result showed that the susceptible order was abamectinazocyclotin fenpropathrindicofolpyridabenchlorpyrifosamitrazfenbutatin oxideisocarbophosclofentenzine. Compared with the susceptible baselines from references, it was found that the pest has developed medium level resistance to fenpropathrin, dicofol and isocarbophos,and low level to amitraz. But it was still susceptible to chlorpyrifos and fenbutatin oxide. Integrated resistance management for this pest were discussed.
