Abstract
Against on the question appeared in the traditional genetic arithmetic,a new hybrid genetic algorithm is given,which is the optimal vector algorithm combining with the genetic algorithm.The analysis result indicate that not only the strong local search capacity of optimal vector algorithm be displayed but also the strong general search capacity of genetic algorithm be combined based on the hybrid genetic algorithm,which makes the phenomenon of premature be avoided,and the speed of convergence is improved greatly.
