Abstract

Objective To explore the method and clinic result of reconstruction of radial nerve deep branch.Methods Radial nerve deep branch was reconstructed by lateral antebrachial cutaneous nerve with fascial pedicle.Results The function was satisfactory in 30 cases after 18-36 months following-up. The overall excellent and good rate was 90%.Conclusion It is available and valuable that repairing radial nerve deep branch by lateral antebrachial cutaneous nerve with fascial pedicle.
