Detection analysis of 430 cases of patients with allergic diseases of allergen in Xiangxi minority nationality regions

Objective: To investigate the distribution of common allergens in patients with allergic diseases in Xiangxi minority nationality regions,to provide the basis for early intervention.Methods: 430 cases of patients with allergic diseases(infant group 174 cases,preschool group 106 cases and school age group 150 cases) were detected 31 kinds of serum specific IgE by Mediwiss system.The positive rates of each allergen among three groups were compared.Results: Among the 430 cases of patients,the top three allergens were milk(43.72%),dust mites and house dust mites(28.37%),fungus combinations(26.05%).The top three allergens in infant group were milk(45.85%),beef and mutton(34.48%),fungus combinations(20.69%).The top four allergens in preschool group were milk(79.52%),dust mites and house dust mites(32.08%),fungus combinations(32.08%) and egg(32.08%).The top three allergens in school age group were dust mites and house dust mites(45.33%),fungus combinations(28.00%),Short ragweed and artemisia(25.33%).In 430 cases of patients,total IgE100 IU/ml were 20.00%,100-200 IU/ml were 15.81%,200 IU/ml were 64.19%,there were statistical difference of positive reaction between infant group and the other groups(P0.01),but there were no statistical difference of positive reaction of total IgE between preschool group and the school age group(P0.05).Conclusion: The distribution of common allergens in patients with allergic diseases in Xiangxi minority nationality regions is different from other areas at home and abroad.
