Abstract

Industrial structure, which is the base and result of economic growth, also symbolizes the economic development level. Through measuring the contribution rate of the three industries in the economic growth and making a Shift-share Analysis, this article not only reveals how industrial structure can affect the economic development of NORTH JIANGSU PROVINCE, but also provides references for the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.
