Abstract
The adhesive ability of the prepared bioadhesive tablets was measured using excised small intestine of same rat by domestic adhesive force determination device. The formulation was optimized using adhesive force and in vitro release as two evaluation parameters. The results showed that domestic device was simple and the method could be used to screen the formulation of bioadhesive preparations.
