Abstract

This experiment analyzes two kinds of bactericides and one hydrogen peroxide stabilizer for the control of catalase,as well as amount used of those. The results show that the best usage of the bactericide A,B and hydrogen peroxide stabilizer C is 200mg·L-1,50mg·L-1 and 1 000mg·L-1 respectively, when they had the strongest inhibitory activity on the catalase.Bactericide A and B only affects on the bacterium, but has no effect to the catalase produced;Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer C can act directly on catalase and inhibit the activeness of catalase, moreover,it can effectively protect the hydrogen peroxide stability and make it more difficult to decompose.Bactericide A(B)suitable coordination use with hydrogen peroxide stabilizer C,then the effect of bactericide is better.
