Jiangxi is one of province of lacking iron ore resources.With further development of the iron and steel industry,the problem of supplying iron ore shall more and more stress.The external iron ore resources are sufficiently utilized and the domestic iron ore resources reasonably utilized.It is the significant method to guarantee the continue development of Jiangxi iron and steel industry.This paper introduces iron ore wealth distribution,development and the present situation at home and abroad.The strategy thinking and the proposal that Jiangxi utilizes the iron ore resources at home and abroad is proposed.
