Study on Problems and Countermeasures in Developing Non-public Forestry in Shaanxi Province

Non-public forestry,as a break-through point to speed up development of forestry,is the neces- sary way.In recent years,the development of non-public forestry in Shaanxi province has showed an over- whelming tendency but not come into a complete system for its later initiation.There are many problems in the concrete practice.Based on analysis of the existing questions of non-public forestry in Shanxi province, the corresponding measures and suggestion are put forward.
