Situation and countermeasures of textile and clothing export in early "12th Five-year Plan" in China

In early years of the 12th Five-year Plan,the exports of silk,garments and home textile in China are facing adverse situation.Research methods of normative analysis and empirical analysis are applied together to deeply analyze the main problems of exports of textile and garment in China,such as the constraint of technical barriers to trade,the lack of coordination and unity in textile production and management,the underdevelopment of market information,and the low export proportion of self-owned brands and high value-added products,etc.Conclusions are that technical barriers to trade should be established in China,the guild construction of textile industry should be enhanced,the information communication should be strengthened,the industrial chain should be reconstructed,and the business mode should be innovated,in order to eliminate the adverse situation of textile and clothing export.
