Abstract

Software engineers and organizations will meet various problems and challenges in the development of software,especially in the practices of capability maturity model(CMM).According to the experience in the research and practice of CMM,a framework of software process improvement is presented in detail,which is based on the capability maturity model integration(CMMI) and sup-ported by personal software process and team software process.
